Is 5 mm thick enough?
Yes. For wool felt, 5 mm is a substantial thickness – stable, durable and more than enough to keep you sitting warm and dry.
How good is the felt quality?
It is made from pure new wool and is Oeko-Tex certified to Standard 100. You can tell the quality by the clean, fray-free cut edges, the evenly sheared surface, and the fact that no pilling forms even with daily use.
What size do I need?
Please make sure to measure your seat and choose a size about 1–2 cm smaller than the seat surface.
How do I clean the seat pad?
Wool felt is naturally dirt-repellent, robust and easy to care for. Simply clean the pads with a vacuum cleaner or a lint roller. By the way: if you prefer things especially low-maintenance, choose a muted, mottled tone. You'll find more details in our care instructions.
