The MARY P. handbag, crafted from a distinctive blend of leathers, makes a bold statement—both in its materials and its shape. The idea for it was inspired by a visit to a well-known musical about an iconic nanny character whose world is defined by lightness, imagination, and surprising everyday wonders. It is precisely this feeling that is reflected in the bag’s design.

It looks unusual, almost a little unconventional, and that is precisely what gives it its special appeal: a bag that is exciting yet effortlessly wearable.

A dynamic handbag made of full-grain leather

This feminine werktat handbag stands out thanks to the exciting combination of two different types of leather and deliberately forgoes an inner lining—in keeping with the authentic look of the materials.

The sturdy cowhide leather with a waxed surface defines the typical werktat vintage character. Over time, it develops a unique patina and subtle signs of wear that make each bag one-of-a-kind.

The side panels made of soft, sanded leather provide an exciting contrast: they feel soft, slightly crinkled, and give the bag its lively, imperfect shape.
